How much does shipping cost?
We use UPS to ship our products. Shipping is FREE on orders over $99 (standard ground).

Is international shipping available?
We only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. Please also note that we currently do not ship to PO boxes.
When can I expect my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped by Celebrate The Home from our warehouse in Massachusetts. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time. When the order ships you will receive a confirmation email.
Is gift wrapping available?
Sorry. Not at this time.
We do not back order items that are not in stock and you will only be billed for what we ship to you. We encourage you to check back soon to re-order any out of stock items. We try very hard to have everything in stock all the time, but no matter how hard we try there are times when we will be temporarily out of stock of some items. These will hopefully be back in stock in a matter of days or in a few short weeks.
If you are not happy with your Celebrate The Home purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product. Note if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your return.
• You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery and all products must be in the original condition received.
• Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Celebrate The Home confirming this.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Celebrate The Home will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
• Please call Celebrate The Home at 508-298-6410 to begin the return or exchange process.
• Exchanges: you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
• All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.
